The most interesting feature about this snail is the location its eyes. While the eyes of most snails are located at the tip of the tentacles, this snail has its eyes located beside the base of the tentacles.

The snails below were taken in one occasion in December 2014 in Malaysia. They should be the same type of snail as the one above.
